 USA VISA PROCEDURE

First we have to pay US Consulate visa fees to HDFC bank and that time applicant passport copy (1st page, Last page & observation page) is required. After that we will get the Receipt from HDFC bank with barcode number which will take 48 hrs to be activated, after that we will fill the online form and then we can take the interview date.


After taking the date we have to submit following documents to the VFS center before 4 working days of interview date:


  1. CEAC Confirmation (online generated)
  2. HDFC Bank copy (Blue receipt)
  3. Passport copy of 1st page and last page
  4. Passport pages copies if having any "Observation and Remarks".
  5. Interview letter
  6. One photographs 50mmx50mm white background, Matt finish & 80% face size, (photographs should not be older than 06 months)

  1. Original Passport (06 months valid from the date of travel) +Previous Passport
  2. HDFC Pink Receipt
  3. Appointment Letter
  4. CEAC Confirmation
  5. 3 years Income Tax Papers
  6. 06 Months Bank Statement
  7. Salary Slips for Last 06 Months (If Employed)
  8. Leave Sanction Letter from Company (If Employed)
  9. Investment Certificates
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FROM USA(if visiting Family or friend)
  1. Passport Copy
  2. Invitation Letter
  3. Affidavit of Support (I -134)
  4. Financial Documents :I e. Bank statement
Visa Fees:6960 /- per person

BUSINESS VISA (B1/B2)
