1) Valid passport more than 6 months + previous passport

2) 2 Color photograph with white background, matt finish size 35 mm X 45 mm,

80% face Size

3) Covering letter (if self employed write on company letterhead)

4)Proof of company registration certificate

6) Leave letter from company( if Employed)

7) Salary slips for last 6 months ( if Employed)

8) Original Personal Bank statement for last 6 months updated

9) Personal Income Tax copies for last 3 years

10) Other financial papers NSC, PPF, Bonds, FD, shares etc.

11)Foreign exchange or International credit card copy

12)Overseas Mediclaim Insurance (Valid all schengen countries with minimum

   coverage of 30,000 Euro)

13) Confirmed Return Ticket of Itinerary

14) Hotel Confirmation for entire stay in schengen area (GTA Bookings not accepted)

15)Copy of PAN Card

16)Marriage Certificate

Note:   *Internet Bank Statement will not be accepted. Only Bank Statement

Interview if desired by The Embassy of Greece.
