1.  Original Passport (06 Months valid from the date of travel)
2. Visa applicantion form
3. 4 photographs
4. If invited by friend or relative: applicant must attached the invitation letter and copy of the Indentity card of the Invitee.
5. Airline tickets and Hotel Reservations
6. Bank Statement
7. Income Tax Papers for last 3 years

Visa Fee Rs. 3500/-

Note :If applicant has valid valid US multiple entry visa & travelling for Tourist purpose than applicant can get visa on arrival in case applicant want to apply from india above documents is required 

BUSINESS VISA

1. Original Passport (06 Months valid from the date of travel)

3. 4 photographsBusiness •1 filled & sign Visa applicantion form
4. Covering letter from Indian company explaining purpose of trip,
5. Invitation and faxed invitation letter from the Dominican Company.
