1. Original Passport (06 Months valid from the date of travel) 
2. 2 Photos : 35 mm X 45mm,White background, mattfinish 80 % face size
3. Travel insurance
4. For tourist and group travels organized by tourism agencies and individually with “vouchers”;
5. Persons presenting certified invitation to visit relatives and friends or those presenting “certified telegram” in emergencies (ceremonies, illness, etc.)
6. 3 Years income Tax Papers
7. Last 06 Months Bank Statement

         Euro 57/- Multiple Entry

BUSINESS VISA 

1. Original Passport (06 Months valid from the date of travel) 
2. 2 Photos : 35 mm X 45mm,White background, mattfinish 80 % face size
3. Travel insurance
4. 3 Years income Tax Papers
5. Last 06 Months Bank Statement
6. For Business documents providing for the goal and circumstances of the intended stay in the Republic of Macedonia (the letter of guarantee from a natural person, i.e. the invitation from a legal entity must be verified by a notary public)
