5. Salary slips for last 3 months ( if Employed)
6. Personal Bank statement for last 6 months updated
7. Personal Income Tax copies for last 3 years
8. Other financial papers NSC, PPF, Bonds, FD, shares etc.
9. Foreign exchange or International credit card copy
10. Overseas MedicalInsurance
11. Confirmed Return Ticket of Itinerary
12. Hotel Confirmation

2. One visa form duly fill & sign by applicant
3.  Two Photo white back ground 35 x 45 with 70% face not older than 6 months covering letter
4. Invitation letter from Hungary company should be in original
5. Hotel reservation
6. Return Ticket
7. Income tax return form for last 2 yrs personal
8. Bank statements last 3 months (Original and photocopy of the passbook with updated ) including address and telephone no. of the bank
9. Original Health Insurance
