3. Covering letter (if self employed write on company letterhead)
4. Proof of company registration certificate
5.  Leave letter from company( if Employed)
6.  Salary slips for last 3 months ( if Employed
7.  Personal Bank statement for last 6 months updated
8.  Personal Income Tax copies for last 3 years
9. Other financial papers NSC, PPF, Bonds, FD, shares etc.
10. Foreign exchange or International credit card copy
11. Overseas Mediclaim Insurance
12. Confirmed Return Ticket of Itinerary
13. Hotel Confirmation
