  4. Covering letter in Detail with duration of visit -travelling date should be mention in the letter
  5. Proof of Hotel confirmation
  6. Day to Day Itinerary
  7. Personal Bank Statements last 6 months from the current Date. in original sign & stamp by bank
  8. Return Ticket.
  9. Copy of passport 1st two pages & last two pages & south Africa visa if obtained in past.
