2. Visa Application completed and signed
3. Medical certificate (The certificate must show that you that you have not any Contagious diseases)
4. PCC Indicating that the person dosnt have any communicable diseases
5. Hotel reservation
6. Air Ticket Itinerary
7. Bank letter for Good Economic Condition
8. 2 Photos white background,mattfinish, 80 % face size 
9. An invitation letter from Ecuador for negotiation specifying that they are inviting you for business purpose
10. Certificate from the Chamber of Commerce
11. Covering letter from the company
12. Applicant need to go personally with a prior appointment
