1) Original passport (The passport should be valid for at least three months beyond the intended duration of stay in the Schengen territory) + Previous passport
2) 2 Colour photograph with white background, matt finish size 35 mm X 45 mm,80% face Size
3) Covering letter (if self employed write on company letterhead)
4)Proof of company registration certificate
6) Leave letter from company( if Employed)
7) Salary slips for last 3 months ( if Employed)
8)Original Bank statement for last 6 months (including address & telephone number of the bank)
9)Income Tax copies for last 3 years
10) Other financial papers NSC, PPF, Bonds, FD, shares etc.
11)Foreign exchange or International credit card copy
12)Overseas Mediclaim Insurance
13) Confirmed Return Ticket of Itinerary
14) Hotel Confirmation
15) In case of a minor

Note:1. A no objection certificate should be produced by parents in case minor is travelling alone
2. A minor accompanied by one parent should also produce a no objection certificate by the other parent attested by a notary.

8)Original Bank statement for last 6 months (including address & telephone number of the bank) 9)Income Tax copies for last 3 years
10) Original invitation letter from the company in Austria sent directly from the Austrian Company to the Embassy, copy to be submitted with the application
11)Foreign exchange or International credit card copy
12)Overseas Mediclaim Insurance
13) Confirmed Return Ticket of Itinerary
14) Hotel Confirmation
