  1. Original Passport ( 6 Months valid from the date of travel)
  2. 2 photographs : 35 mm X 45 mm,white backgroound,mattfinish,80% face size
  3. Confirmed Return ticke
  4. Overseas Medical Insurance
  5. Hotel Confirmation
  6. Minors below 18 years travelling alone must submit the written consent of their parents or legal guardian not travelling.
  7.  Bank Statements for the last 6 months
  8. Income Tax Returns for the last 3 years
  9.  Copy of Pan Card
  10. Salary Slips for last 6 Months 
  11.  Sponsorship Letter from host (“Termo de Responsabilidade”) undertaking responsibilities for the boarding, lodging and repatriation, if required. 
  12. Proof of occupation(Leave sanction letter)
  13. Covering letter explaining the purpose of the visit with complete and full address and contacts of host/relative/hotel in Portugal

  10. Salary Slips for last 6 Months
  11. Formal letter of invitation and other correspondences showing prior dealings, if any, with the Portuguese counterpart.
