  8. Copy of the valid UK, USA or Schengen visa (if applicable)
  9. A health certificate from an authorized hospital/doctor stating that the applicant is not suffering from the following diseases: HIV-AIDS,Leprosy ,Veneral Diseases ,Tuberculosis ,Hepatitis B
 Visa : 2100/-(Single Entry)
         4200/-. (Multiple Entry)

NOTE
How to Apply for a Visa for the Republic of Suriname ?

Holding valid UK, USA or Schengen visa, or has earlier traveled to Suriname, a business or tourist single entry visa for Suriname will be granted on the same day of application.

If the above requirement has not been met, contact to counterpart or host apply for the visa at the Consular Section, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Henck Arronstraat 23-25, Paramaribo, with the applicant’s passport copy and other relevant documents.

Applications can also be made at the Embassy. In that case the process time may take longer, as they will have to be sent to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Suriname for approval.
